Following is a suggested debug process for Windows Phone.
Problem description: My device is not recognized in Silk Mobile 'Add Device' dialog.
Step 1: Make sure the device is connected to the computer via USB cable
Step 2: Make sure the device is not locked
Problem description: My device is listed on the device list in Silk Mobile , but when I open it, I only see a blank screen
Step 1: Restart the following Windows service: IpOverUsbSvc (Windows Phone IP over USB Transport)
Step 2: Windows Phone 8 applications should be instrumented again with new libraries before moving to Silk Mobile version 6.6 - New libraries needed for instrumentation are located under installation directory: <install dir>\bin\wp\libs
